The Wolfsbane has been floating around as a concept for some time and we have finally given it some life. This knife is designed as a forward grip fighter with a slight person influence and dramatic recurve in the blade.
Despite its dramatic looks, it is a light and agile blade. Perfect for thrusting or slashing. With a secondary edge along the spine serving to both help penetrate through tougher materials, but also rip through close in stabs or, even serve in a Pikal role. The blade in this example is made from tough 80Crv2 and satin finished, and then given a cold blue finish to augment the rest of the aesthetic features.
The handle is neutral and on the larger side, but allows alot of flexibility in terms of grip orientation. In this, the first Wolfsbane serial as WB001, the handle is our hallmark Tsukamaki style. This time built on a black G10 Liner which blends into the fittings, made of stabilised Karelian Birch Burl. This wood is polished to a satin finish, and exhibits colourations of dark blacks, browns and purples with streaks of golden brown. The samegawa is Crimson lacquered and it is wrapped with Black Silk.
The Silk ito is not resin sealed and is wrapped tightly. Though we can seal it on request if you prefer.
The Wolfsbane is shipped with a Fold Over Kydex Sheath and Soft Loop set. This knife is currently on its way to our Distributor Location in the USA, but can be reserved now and shipped to you immediately upon arrival.
