Shipping:

We ship almost all orders from our US Warehouse. In some instances products are shipped directly from our Workshop in South Africa, or other service providers / partners. 

  • We ship all orders as soon as possible after the order is complete and / or payment has been confirmed.
  • Domestic orders shipped within the USA are sent via USPS Priority Services. 
  • International orders are shipped via International Courier services (DHL).
  • Custom Orders shipped directly from our Workshop in South Africa are sent via international courier services.
  • All orders are shipped with a Commercial / Tax Invoice. This is a legal requirement for international shipments and we do not alter the information in any way.
  • Tracking Numbers / Links will be supplied to you by email as soon as we receive them from the shipping service.

Cancellations: 

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of being ordered, unless it has already been shipped. Once your order is in Transit it cannot be cancelled.
  • In the case of Custom Orders, once we have committed materials to and begun work on your custom order, it can only be cancelled at our sole discretion.

Returns:

Orders may only be returned within 7 days of receipt if the qualifying criteria are met.

  • The item must not be used, and must be in new condition.
  • All items included in the packaging must be returned with the product.
  • Return Shipping is charged to the customer’s account.
  • If the Return is due to a product defect, or an incorrectly supplied product, the Return Shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • Returns may be sent to our US Warehouse or our South Africa Workshop. Please contact us for the relevant information on returns. 

Refunds:

Refunds are at our SOLE DISCRETION and only if the following criteria are met.

  • There is a valid Warranty Claim that we deem cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time period.
  • Cancelled Orders may be eligible for a maximum of 50% of the paid price at our Sole Discretion only.
  • Returned Items will only be refunded upon being received, inspected and deemed in original condition by us or our agents
