the Sin Eater will absolve any attacker of wrong doing, happy to take their transgressions in their final moments...
/sɪnˈiːtə/ - a person tasked with the ritual removal of a dead or dying person's sin.
The Sin Eater has already undergone several design revisions in the attempt to create a very simple and lightweight combative blade that works efficiently.
The blade is a slender single edge pikal with a very subtle inward curve. The profile and indexing is such that the blade tip is still perfectly centered allowing stabbing with a neutral wrist, with the subtle inward curve creating a devastating cutting ability without a lot of effort and exertion by the user. The Sin Eater is also available in two blade lengths, Magna (Large) and Vegrandis (Small), depending on the user’s preference.
The handle is slim, both in thickness and profile. It is intentionally left simple with no choils, allowing it to be grabbed under duress very easily. The grip is secure in a natural fist, with a rounded end for those who like to push stab or prefer the thumb cap grip.
The Sin Eater’s can be finished with Silk Tsukamaki, G10, Carbon Fiber or Exotic wood scales. It is also one of the larger knives available with a Bone Scale handle option.
