Sicarii, the "Dagger-Wielder" from the Roman "Secare". The secretive Jewish sect who adopted the cloak and dagger...
The Sicarii (Modern Hebrew: סיקריים siqari'im) - meaning the ``dagger wielders``.
The Sicarii is heavily influenced by Persian style blades with a very subtle upswept trailing edge. Nimble and fast in the hand, the Sicarii is comfortable in conventional forward grip, as well as an edge-out reverse grip. Switching up on the fly feels easy and the blade wills it.
The edge is a near flat grind which results in a very sharp cutting edge, but still holds a robust tip. As with the original Persian Blade, this Sicarii has a slightly reinforced tip to aid in piercing through tougher materials. The hardy 5mm thick high carbon steel offers mass to the spine and a reassuring heft in the hand.
The longer blade is well capable of deliverying devastating damage to organic mediums and is formidable in defensive situations, when used by a skilled hand.
The Sicarii comes with a standard Kydex sheath and option mountings, allowing the user to carry and mount the knife in a variety of ways for EDC and concealed carry.
